A Whirlwind of Cam Shows and Nerding It Up
Ok, wow. I was really expecting to have a quiet, low key weekend of lots of work poolside but instead y’all have been blowing up my skype and I’ve often had barely any time to slip my bikini bottoms back on between cam shows. Fuck yeah, is all I can say to that 😀 I guess I thought all you Yanks would be off on vacation or celebrating the long weekend offline, and I’m delighted that so many of you chose to take some time out of your drinks and firecrackers to par with me.Â
Between insanely intense cam shows I’ve been working on yet another new project that I’m not quiiiite ready to unveil yet, and when I’ve needed to tear my eyes away from the computer screen I’ve been getting into some Lee Child, I really love the way Reacher thinks. I honestly surprised that I’m enjoying this genre of writing as much as I am, but it is proving to be an absolutely delightful escape from thinking, working, thinking about working 😀 that usually consumes my brain. Escapism is fun, and all I can say is that I’m def a convert.
I also had some friends over last night after the clubs closed, and I wish I’d been drunk because that would have been an excuse for falling in the pool showing off my bad-ass switch kicks that are now faster than they do on the Insanity vids. It would have been such a cool moment, had I not lost my balance and crashed ass first into the water. Alas, I was stone cold sober, and had only my klutziness to blame. Only my pride got damaged. 🙂
I hope everyone who I haven’t hooked up with this weekend for some skype cam show debauchery is having an amazing weekend and enjoying at least a bit of time off. We all need that, remember?Â
